Shipping policy

 

Cash on home delivery available in 3-7 days across Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary depending on courier factors or stock availability. In addition, delivery times may vary for customized or pre-order items.

After confirming the order, returns & refund cannot be made on the grounds of "change of mind, ordering without being sure of the size, ordering without checking the details" etc with an unreasonable explanation. The product can only be returned if there is any damage caused by the courier.

There is a 3-day return policy only in case of courier damage or manufacturing defect (there must be a complete uncut video of the packaging opening). In this case, no refund will be given and a completely new product will be sent. 

In case of cash on delivery, the parcel can be checked and if returned, you can return it by paying the delivery charge and return charge.

Advance payment is applicable in some cases depending on the order size and quantity of the product. If payment is made in advance, order cancellation or refund is not applicable after 24 hours and according to the company shipping policy, the product must be received from the specific courier recommended for specific products, in which case order cancellation will not be applicable.

Advance payment is non-refundable for customized orders. And if you cancel the order without completing the full payment, legal action will be taken.

Some exclusive products may not be available for home delivery and may require collection from our recommended courier hubs. In such cases, our packaging team will inform you.
